Launching Sales This Fall

A slate of residences are debuting from Bali to outside Bangkok to the Middle East

 

There are a number of enchanting new communities across Asia with sales debuting this fall and winter.

 

Luxury projects are hitting the market from bustling metropolises including Bangkok and Singapore to island getaways in Bali, and Middle Eastern opulence in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

 

The theme, of course, is that bigger and bolder is better. Yet, sustainability shines through at every stop as well, along with a connection to the environment. Several of these luxury developments are branded hotel residences from the most recognizable and highly regarded brands in the travel space. Others come backed by some of the most well known and successful developers on the continent.

 

 

 

Six Senses Residences the Forestias, Bang Kaeo, Thailand

 

The Six Senses Residences within the Forestias in greater Bangkok has been designed with sustainability in mind, along with a deep connection to nature, given the aptly named community where it's found and the resulting lush, green surroundings.

 

With just 27 villas, this is an exclusive community, with home sizes ranging from three to five bedrooms. Within each villa, sliding louvers allow for air circulation and the flexibility to create unique spaces by altering the home's layout for a given need or interest, whether it's time for socializing or privacy. Raised living quarters improve ventilation and offer superior views, while shaded courtyards and private infinity pools are sure to please when it comes time to personal relaxation.

 

Direct lifts to a canopy walk help residents maximize their enjoyment of the community's amenities and setting. Residents have access to a clubhouse including a fitness center and a large infinity pool connected to the property's lagoon.

 

The Forestias is home to another luxury development, Mulberry Grove Villas, which launched sales in 2023 and is anticipating a 2026 grand opening. The property is adjacent to the Six Senses and is launching sales opening at the end of this October.

Soak up the best of Balinese style with a home at the Mandarin Oriental Residences, Bali. The community includes 68 ocean-facing residences, ranging from three to four bedrooms, positioned on a 19.75 acre hillside site above the hotel. As opposed to busier areas on the island, the property is located along Nyang Nyang Beach, on the island's southern coast in the Uluwatu area.

 

Homes have been designed to blend with the island's natural beauty and pristine setting. Residents, meanwhile, will enjoy access to the Mandarin Oriental Bali's many lavish amenities and offerings, including multiple dining venues, such as a cliff-edge restaurant and speakeasy bar, as well as the beach club and Mandarin Oriental Spa.

 

Sales launch in the fourth quarter with exact timing and further pricing to be announced.

The Oasis by Emaar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

 

The Oasis by Emaar in Dubai South is well coined, as it offers residents an exclusive sanctuary amid both waterways and greenery. It's an elegant and tranquil retreat that’s removed from the city and the desert surroundings at large.

 

The community is enormous, spread out over about 2,300 acres, and at least 25% of that area will remain undeveloped and open, all the better to maximize a serene, nature-friendly setting. Overall there are plans for about 3,100 total residences. The current phase being unveiled this year includes 400 residences, with a combination of villas and townhouses.

 

The community is about 20 minutes away from Al Maktoum International Airport and 35 minutes from downtown Dubai. The new phase is launching this October, with Savills as the selling agent.

Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

 

A residential project under the Four Seasons banner in conjunction with ALAIN has been announced, aiming to be the pinnacle address in the destination.

 

Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach is a gated beachfront community with ultra-luxury villa and beach mansions, as well as apartments and townhouses.

 

Located on the pristine shores of Saadiyat Island, the community manages to be both private yet within easy reach of downtown Abu Dhabi. Homes have been designed to complement the environment and blend into their surroundings, and residents will enjoy the best of island living, including private beach access and an array of curated wellness experiences and dining options.

 

The community is set to open in 2029. Sales are launching in the fourth quarter, with Savills acting as the selling agent.

Zyon Grand, Singapore

 

One of Singapore's most anticipated launches of the year, Zyon Grand is positioned along Zion Road in the coveted River Valley area. With two soaring 62-story towers, the community includes a total of 706 residential units.

 

The integrated, mixed-used development offers easy access to the Havelock MRT station and Great World City, and is also near Orchard Road, Tiong Bahru and the Central Business District. Units range from one to five bedrooms in size.

 

Zyon Grand's sales are expected to launch in October.
